Copy Exam Timetable {SEXAMT-9}  


This option allows for an examination timetable to be copied from one cycle to another within the same year. The days to which you will copy will be specified in {SEXAMT-22}.  The Exam Cycle ‘X’ must exist for the year you wish to copy to. The process will copy data in four tables namely:


The user must supply the calendar year and examination code from which to copy, as well as the calendar year and examination code to which the records must be copied.

No validation of the copied data is done and it might well be that a “perfect” timetable from a previous exam presents problems once copied.  Different subject combinations present in the new year would typically cause this.
