Link Old and New Codes for Copy of Examination Timetable {SEXAMT-22}


This application is used to copy an Exam Timetable:  All valid days for the exam cycle to be copied to must be defined in {SEXAMC-1}.

From Year N4  The Year from which the data will be copied from.
From Exam Code N2 The Examination Code from which the data will be copied.
To New Year N4 The Year to which the data will be copied.
To New Exam Code N2 The Examination Code to which the data will be copied.
Generate Records (Y)/N) A1 To Generate the days from which the exam timetable the user wishes to copy.

Block 2:  Examination Day Information

The exam timetable from which the days must be copied will be displayed and the user will enter the new day numbers.  LOV will display all valid days as defined in {SEXAMC-1}. On <COMMIT> the day numbers and dates will be copied. The user may only use active ‘Y’ days. This allows for copying within a specific year. A record has to exist in this table before the copy process can be used on {SEXAMT-9}. If no record exists for the selected criteria then no timetable will be copied.
