External Exam Extraction Matrix {SNZQAR-10}

Setup rules to identify students for registering at the external examination body (NZQA) and create service request for the students on {SSTUDS-3}. These rules are also used to identify student standards to include for registration/reporting at the external examination body with {SNZQAR-3}.

Field in this option:

Start Study Period	A1	Start Study Period.
End Study Period	A1	End Study Period.
Check Include Flag?	A1	Should 'Always Include for Standards?' flag on {SNZQAR-8}/{SNZQAR-9} be Checked (Yes/No)? Default value is 'N'.
Include Previous Internal Results?	A1	Should Previous Years' Internally Assessed Standards be Included (Yes/No)? Default value is 'N'

Example:

Processing Rules
	Make sure study Period ranges do not overlap for the same Offering Type.
	Only create record(s) here when student standards must be excluded (for offering type, period of study and school/institution combination). Students are only excluded when: the student is linked to a provider and 'Check Include' flag = 'Y' and on {SNZQAR-8/9} the 'Always Include for Standards' flag = 'N'.
