NZQA Institution Setup {SNZQAR-9}

This option can be used to build a relationship between external institution codes (used by the Ministry of Education) and internal institution codes. It is also used to setup institutions, identify institutions whose students' standards should always be included for reporting at the external examination body (like NZQA), and identify institutions who are approved exam centres.

Fields in the option:

Field	Type & Length	Description
External Body	A3	The code used to identify the external body. This value is fixed, MOE - Ministry of Education.
External Code Type	A3	The type of code that is being converted between internal and external codes. This value is fixed, INS - Institution Codes.
External School Code	A10	The institution code used by the external body.
Internal School Code	A10	The internal institution code that is used. This is defined in {GCS-2}
Always Include for Standards?	A1	Will Students from this Institution Always be Included for Standard Reporting? (Yes / No) When this field is null, the value used will be 'Y'.
Approved Exam Centre?	A1	Is this an Approved Exam Centre? (Yes / No) When this field is null, the value used will be 'N'.
Location Number	N5	Location Number for this Institution. When this field is null, the value used will be 1.

Processing Rules
	When a (External) institution have 2 different location numbers: Define 2 different (Internal) institution codes on {GCS-2}. These 2 Internal institution codes can then be linked to the same External Institution code each with its own Localtion Number.
