Processing
Rules

  • The program will only delete Department, Program and PCS 1.1 Allocation for the entry to be copied, and not all Space entries up front for the input year.
  • Thereafter new records are created for the input year.
  • Errors related to the Building, are only displayed one time per Building.
  • Based on the System Operational Definition for "Ignore Building to Asset Link for Hemis", the Building validates vs a defined Asset.
  • Effective Building Year is not required for Hemis reporting anymore. The Condition code on a Building linked to an Asset is now used.
  • The report output only displays the exceptions if any, and all the totals at the bottom.
