Subject Cancel/Registration - Bulk  {SREGC-14}

This option is used to Cancel Subject registrations in bulk if the pre-requisite subject was not passed.

This is typically done in the second semester, when a student registered for both subjects and may not continue after failing the prerequisite subject in the first semester.

The Cancellation Cycle (N) on {SMNT-2} must be open for the Academic year, block and offering type.
