Import e-asTTle Download File {SREGMS-10}

This program may be used to download data from the e-asTTle System.

Populate tables from e-asttle CSV-file with results for students
The directory for the output file must be specified in the record for System "STUD", Function "ASTTLE" in Directories for FTP Transfers {BATCH-7} , same directory is used for {SREGMS-11}

System Select
Assumptions	1. The line where the headings are will start with TestID 2. If there is no value for the results it will be populated with '-', because as soon as an empty result field is returned the program will stop reading columns. 3. The line that starts with Averages are not processed. 4. All result headings are substringed and the last 6 characters are cut off, this is an assumption that the headings will end with either ' Score' or ' Level'. 5. When the inserts fail, or anything in the procedure fail, then nothing will be written to the tables. Only if all records are successfull will it be commited to the tables. 6. Dates will be in the following format: DD/MM/YYYY. 7. Where the results start, column1, the columns will be grouped together two by two, eg, 1&2, 3&4, 5&6, 7&8 etc. The assumption is that 'xxxx Score' and 'xxxx Level' will be together.
Validations	Student has to exist on {SREGB-1}, if student doesn't exist give error "Student does not exist on SMS:"
	If record already exist on {SREGMS-7}: Test for Student Number, Test ID, Test Name, Test Type, Test Date give error "Test Record Already exists for Student"
