STAR Evaluation Score {SREGMS-5}

Use this option to link the student to Stanine Norms and Evaluations as explained below.

Fields in this option:

Block 1: Student Stanine Norms

Field	Type & Length	Description
Student	N9	Enter the student number. Will be validated against {SREGB-1}
Student Year Level	N2	Select the student year level from the LOV. These are predefined values, only from 3 - 9. NOTE: Field validated against Star Test Levels {SCODE4-12} where the selected level will fit. Between the Min and Max Student year level value for the test level, and returns that test level to the Test level fields. According to the test level, the evaluations will be entered for the student. These values are maintained using {SCODE4-13}. The user can add evaluations, and alter other existing evaluations. The user cannot delete any evaluations that were used in a student Star Evaluation test.
Date	DD-MON-YYYY	Select the date of the test from the available calendar.
Test Term	A2	Select the Range Type. A LOV is available. The values default from {SCODE4-17}, but the description field displays from {SCODE4-11}.
Test Level		Value will default as explained in the NOTE for 'Student Year Level' above.
Form	A1	Select a value for the field from the available values (A, B or C).
Comments / Discerned Learning Needs	A1024	Add any comments applicable in the comments field.

Block 2: Evaluations

On commit of block 1, the fields in block 2 will be populated.

Field	Type & Length	Description
Evaluation		Will be populated on commit of block 1.
Score		User to enter the score value for the student for the different evaluations. The score value cannot be greater than the 'Out Of' mark. The value for total is just a sum of all the values. The user can add evaluations, which must be taken into account for the total score. If the need exists for other calculations to be done, ITS must change the logic of the program. The Stanine Score and Scaled Score is derived from the students year level, chosen term range, test level, form and the out of mark. This is setup in {SCODE4-17}. NOTE: The score on the Evaluations = 'Total' is greyed out and can not be updated manually, but is calculated according to the scores entered here. The 'Stanine Score' and 'Scaled Score' are also greyed out and not manually updateable. These score values display according to the set-up done on {SCODE4-17}, using the combination of the students' year level, chosen term range, test level, form and out of mark (where the 'Out of Mark' = Total score value).
Out Of		Will be populated on commit of block 1.
