Reading Age Evaluation Score - Running Record Result {SREGMS-9}

This option can be used to setup and link a student's Reading Age Evaluation Score - Running Record Results.

Fields in this option:

Block 1: Running Record

Field	Type & Length	Description
Student	N9	Enter the student number. The student number will be validated from {SREGB-1}
Test Type	A2	Select the Test Type from the available list of values. Types are defined on Evaluation Titles {SCODE4-4} where the Reading Age test Type = 'R'.
Date	YYYY	Enter the date from the calendar, there are no validations on the date. When the date is entered the student's age is calculated using the students birth date and the test date. If no birth date exists on {SREGB-1} the student's age cannot be calculated.
Student Age at time of Test: Years: Months:	YYYY N2	Calculated age of the student. Calculated months of the student.
Text Title	A30	Free text field.
Reading Age	A15	Select a reading age from the available list of values. The LOV will display reading age's that are linked to a reading level in Reading Levels {SCODE4-1}.
Reading Level	N2	Select the Reading level from the available list. This level needs to be connected to a Reading Age on {SCODE4-1}.
Reading Age Rate	A2	Select a Reading Age Rate from the Available list of values. These are defined in {SCODE4-2}.
Analysis of Errors	A2000	Insert comments in the field.
NOTE:		On commit of the record, the relevant evaluations for the running record will be populated for the student's test. These are the evaluations as setup in {SCODE4-5}. The user is not allowed to enter new records in {SCODE4-5}, or delete records. The user may change the sort order, out of mark, allow override indicator, active indicator, out of mark applicable indicator. When the calculations is done for the scores and scoring decision, these records are used, and if changed (delete or inserted) it will/will not be included in the logic. If a need exists for this to change ITS should change the logic of the form.

On commit of the data in block 1 the fields in block 2 will be populated.

Evaluation Code	A6	Evaluation code will be populated according to the sort field from {SCODE4-5}.
Description	A30	Description will be populated from {SCODE4-5}.
Score	N4	The Score field is used to enter the student's score for the relevant evaluation. Accuracy percentage and comprehension percentage are to be calculated using certain evaluations. The accuracy percentage is calculated. Accuracy Percentage = (Running Words - Errors) / Running Words * 100. Error Rate = Running Words / Errors. Self Correction Rate = Errors / Self Corrections. Comprehension Score Percentage = Comprehension mark / Comprehension out of * 100. If the allow override indicator is (Y)es, the user can select the override indicator and change the actual value that was calculated. The scoring decision is calculated using the 'Scoring Decision' as setup in {SCODE4-16} where 'Reading Age Evaluation' = 'R' Running Record Result.
Out Of	N4	Out Of will be populated according to the sort field from {SCODE4-5}.
Override	A1	If the allow override indicator is (Y)es, the user can select the override indicator and change the actual value that was calculated.
Allowed	A1	Value will display as is setup in {SCODE4-5}. Value cannot be changed.
