Print Student Enrolment {SREGR-22}

This option can be used to print the enrolment of a student.

There are 2 standard stylesheets available for this option:

I3Z01pdf - this stylesheet can either be used with a client letter head or with the client's logo in the report header (see example 1 below);

the client logo has to be stored in the directory ".../web/images" with the name "SAS_logo.jpg".
please take note: the higher the quality of the image the larger the size of the file and this will slow down the processing of this report.
the size of the image must be carefully considered as it takes up space on the page.
this stylesheet is distributed as the default. Users can change this setting in {USERS_1} - TAB "Report Outputs Formats".

I3Z02pdf - this stylesheet contains the standard ITS header with batch prompts in the report header (see example 2 below). It is suggested that this stylesheet is not printed on letterhead paper.

this stylesheet includes the field "Exempt/Attend Type" in the output, which is excluded from the other stylesheet option.

Each Student Number will be printed on a new page. If a student has more than one Primery Qualification each qualification and its corresponding subjects will be printed on a new page.
