This option allows for the
recording of information in respect of graduation / diploma ceremonies.
This information is used when "Qualification Results" are entered under
option {SSTUD7-12}.

| Year | YYYY | The year in which the ceremony will take place. |
| Qualification | A6 | The qualification code of the qualification that is
to be awarded. Rge Qualification description will be displayed. |
| Decision Date | DD-MON-YYYY | The actual date that would appear on the certificate. |
| Ceremony Date | DD-MON-YYYY | The date of the graduation or diploma ceremony at which
the qualification is to be awarded. |
| Ceremony Time | HH:MM | The time at which the ceremony will start. |
| Number of Guests Allowed | N2 | The number of guests that each student will be allowed to bring to the ceremony. |
