This program is used to delete the student cohort or student cohort and cohort definition.
User access is applicable as defined in {SSTUD9-3}. Cohort definitions on {SSTUD9-1} may only be deleted if the login user is the user who created the cohort definition or has full access on {SSTUD9-3b2}.
The program will always delete the student cohort. Cohort definitions with the end date > than the system date will not be deleted.
If the cohort definition is still used on {SSTUD9-4},
users may not delete the definition.
