This option is used to load email and assessment detail into the holding bin {TASKS1-14/16}.
The directory and file name for the function 'OLCINE' and 'OLCINA' must exist on {SSSTUDI-1}.
The External conversion data must exist for the following External Code Types on {GOPS-21}:
'SEM' - for the email address type.
'USR' - the user ID for the assessment upload.
'RIC' - Reason code for assessment upload.
