Eligibility Codes {SSTUDS-2}

This option is used to define the Eligibility Codes, Outcomes and Waiver Reasons to be used when Service Requests are created in {SSTUDS-3}


Prerequisites to use this option: Transaction types for event '97', Sub-system 'SD' must be defined in {FCSO-7}


Fields in the option:

Block 1:  Eligibilities

Processing Rules: The user may not delete data if corresponding data exists on Block 2 and 3, or if the codes were used in the Service Requests in {SSTUDS-3}

Length		 Description
Eligibility Code A4  Specify the eligibility code to be used in the Service requests.
Description A30 Enter a description for the code in the previous field.

Block 2:  Outcome/Cancellation Reasons Definition

Processing Rules for this Block: The user may not delete data on this block, if the codes were used in the next block or in the Service Requests in {SSTUDS-3}.

Length		 Description
Outcome Code A4 Specify the outcome code. The code can be applicable to a service request, cancellation or eligibility.
Description A30 The description of the outcome code.
Eligible A1 To indicate if the outcome code leads to eligibility or not (Y/N).
Outcome Indicator A1 To indicate if the Outcome code is applicable to (S)ervice Request, (E)ligibility or to the (C)ancellation of a request.

Block 3: Waiver Reasons

Processing Rules for this Block: The user may not delete the date if the codes were used in the Service Requests in {SSTUDS-3}

Waiver Code A4 Specify the waiver reason code
Description A4 Enter the description for the code.
Waiver Type A1 Is the waiver applicable to (F)ee or to in (E)ligibility wavering? One of the values must be selected. If the 'E' value is selected the next 2 fields is non-navigable. 
Cancel Transaction Type: 
Service N4 Cancellation transaction type if a fee is to be raised for a service code transaction type. Transaction types for event '97', Sub-system 'SD' must be defined in {FCSO-7}. Only navigable if the waiver type is 'F' in the previous field.
