System Cycle - Study Records
{SSTUDY-1}
The
system cycles in respect of the entering of assessment marks and the
processing of examination marks and results can be controlled via this
option.
A
query on Block 1 of this option will retrieve the records in
respect of Assessment mark entry (M-records)
and Qualifications Awarded (U-records).
Updating will be limited to enrolments for a specific combination.
A
query on Block 2 of this option will retrieve records in
respect of Examination Cycles (E-records), Change Mark and Results
Cycles (F‑records) and Full Period Marks
(L-records).
The records are identical to the assessment mark records
above, except that the Examination Year and Code replace the
Calendar
Year and Block.
