Maintain Approval Stage Rules {STGRDMN-4}

This option is used to define multiple validation rules for approval stage codes for the graduation ceremony and is linked to a system. The process codes which are defined in {STGRDC-1}.

Before this option can be used, the following must be defined:

Approval stages in {STGRDC-11}
Validation Rules in {STGRDMN-3}.

Fields in this option:

Block 1: Maintain Approval Stage Rules

Field	Type & Length	Description
System Code	A1	Enter the system code. This code is system defined.
Process Code	A10	Enter the process code for which the approval stage rules will be defined.
Approval Stage Code	A5	Enter the approval stage code for which the validation rule will be defined.
Validation Rule Code	A4	Enter the validation rule code applicable for the system, process code and approval stage combination.
