This option is used to maintain the approval stage codes.
The process code is defined on {STGRDC-1}.
The codes will be linked to the approval stage code rules on {STGRDMN-4}/{GWEBM-19}.
The current approval stage is displayed on the applicant detail on {STGRDOP-7}.
A summary of the approval stage validation outcome can be viewed on {STGRDOP-8}.

| System | A1 | Enter the system code from the list of values. System codes are defined on {USERS-21} System Usernames and Passwords. Users cannot create new system codes here. |
| Process Code | A10 | Enter a valid process code from the list of values. Users cannot create new process codes here. |
| Stage Code | A5 | Enter the approval stage code. |
| Description | A80 | Enter the description for the approval stage code. |
| Sequence | N3 | Enter the sequence number for the approval stage. This is the sequence in which the stage validation will be executed. The system will prevent the use of duplicate sequence numbers. |
| Final Stage | A1 | Indicate if this is the final stage or not (Y/N). |
| Active | A1 | Indicate if this approval stage is active or not (Y/N). |
