Maintain Student Validation Results {STGRDOP-8}


This option is used to maintain student validation results. Validations may be executed on option {STGRDOP-7}.


Approval stage codes are defined on option {STGRDC-11} Maintain Approval Stage Codes.

Validation rule codes are defined on option {STGRDMN-3} Maintain Graduation Validation Parameter Values.

Reason codes are defined on option {SCODE-33}.

System codes are defined on {USERS-21} System Username and Passwords and is linked to the process code as defined on option {STGRDC-1} Maintain Process Code.
The program is also used in the Application Subsystem and therefore all graduation validations are linked to system 'i' and the process 'GRAD'.

Field Type

Length		 Description
Student Number N9  <List of Values> may be used to display student number.
Year N4 Enter academic year.
Qualification A6 Enter valid qualification for student.
Approval Stage A5 <List of Values> may be used to display valid approval stages. Users cannot create new approval stage here.
Validation Rule A4 <List of Values> may be used to display valid validation rule codes. Users cannot create new validation rule codes here.
Successful A1 Indicate if validation rule was evaluated as successful or not. Valid values can only be '(Y)es' or '(N)o'.
Change Reason A2 Enter the change reason code. All the reason codes linked to Status (O)verrides indicator on {SCODE-33} will display on list of values.
Date DD-MON-YYYY HH:MM The date and time on which record is created.
User Display only User that created the record.
System Display only System Code.
Process Code Display only Process code.
