This option is used to maintain the certificate number trace and indicate when and who perform the reprint. This option is linked to Annual and Qualification Results {SSTUD7-2} TAB - Qualification Results and {STGRDC-10} Maintain Certificate Reprint Reasons.

| Qualification | A6 | A <LIST OF VALUES> may be used to display the qualification code. |
| Certificate Number | A10 | A <LIST OF VALUES> may be used to display the certificate number. |
| Reason | A5 | A <LIST OF VALUES> may be used to display the reason for reprinting the certificate. The certificate reprint reasons are defined on {STGRDC-10} Maintain Certificate Reprint Reasons. Users cannot create new reprint reasons code here. |
| Reprint Date | DD-MON-YYYY | The system display the date on which the certificate is reprinted. |
| User ID | A8 | The system displays the user who reprints the certificate. |
