Re-set OID Password / Unlock User Account {USERS-9}


This application allows the system administrator to re-set or unlock a users OID password, for logging onto the system.



User's ID must exist on {USERS-5}. This option is only used to re-set or unlock: it does not create a user ID.

This option will  search by the user's Code/Number/Name and populate the user information for Password Reset/Unlock.

Fields in the option:

Panelbox1:  Re-set Password / Unlock Account

Panelbox2: Reset Password / Unlock Account

User Code A8 User Code will display.

Choice N1
 Choose between 1 - Rest Passord / 2 - Unlock Account.
If 1- Resrt Password, move to the next field, New Password.
If 2- Unlock Account, click Save.
New Password
 A16
 This field will only be visible and updateable if 1 (Rest Password) is selected.
 The field will not be visible when 2 (Unlock Account) is selected.

Enter a new password, if the user does not remember their password, or wishes to re-set the password to a new one.
Click Save.
