Student Information: Student Applications: By Faculty/Department/Qualifications • Click on the first workbook, i.e. By Fac/Dept/Qualifications

This Dashboard displays summarised data from the transactional database.

User Selection Filters available

Academic Year
Gender
Ethnic Group
Faculty Name
Department Name

Data Items:

Number of applicants {SNAPPA-3} for the year.

Academic Years	The user can select any YEAR from the Dashboard under this feature, and it will populate only on the GRAPH the desired measurment. IT WILL NOT update the SHEET only the bottom list.
The Dashboard	The dashboard is made up of section data: The output for the various Student Information Management Reports has layouts similar to this one. Namely Student Applications: By Fac/Dept/Qualifications.
Gender	The user can select which ever GENDER on the Dashboard, and it will populate only on the GRAPH the desired measurment. IIT WILL NOT update the SHEET only the bottom list.
Ethnic Group	The user can select an ETHNIC GROUP from the Dashboard, and it will populate only on the GRAPH the desired measurment. IIT WILL NOT update the SHEET only the bottom list.
Faculty	The user can select a FACULTY from the Dashboard, and it will populate only on the GRAPH the desired measurment. IT WILL NOT update the SHEET only the bottom list.
Department	The user can select a DEPARTMENT from the Dashboard, and it will populate only on the GRAPH the desired measurment.IT WILL NOT update the SHEET only the bottom list.

Qualifications per Gender	The list updates each time a user changes the filter on the dashboad, this column displays all the Qualifications per Gender
The Summary List	The summary list is a list that is updated each time the user alters or selects a different entity on the Dashboard.
Male	This column populates if the user selects from the filter "MALE" then only the male students will be counted. If no filter is selected then both FEMALE and MALE colunms print.
Female	This column populates if the user selects from the filter "FEMALE" then only the female students will be counted. If no filter is selected then both FEMALE and MALE colunms print.
Grand Totals	This totals the filters selected. Each line is per Qualification Gender
Grand Total	The Total Number of Female or Male Students altogether.

The user can at any point in time, select from the drop down filters, and readjust the report to his/her desired outcome.

Also NOTE that the user can MOVE the Filters around on the Spreadsheet to suit there needs. By clicking on the filter next to the NAME of the filter, when the mouse poointer changes to moving the mouse

the user can move the filter around.

Please Note that if the user decides to Click "OPEN" directly, then the document in question is labled as "doexcel" this document SHOULD NOT be saved, it can be worked on.
The User will have to click on SAVE and then open the document for actual e.g mis21dis....!
