Profile Definition {CACC-6}


Profiles enable the user to link a group of areas together.   This will make it easier to link a number of areas to a person.

Fields in the option:

Block 1:  Profile Information

Description
Profile Code N4  Enter a unique code to identify the profile.
Profile Type A1 A user type (S, P, O) can be entered here.  When access control is automatically created for a user, the profiles linked to the user type will be added to the user by default.
Profile Name A30 Description of the profile code.

Block 2:  Link to Security Areas

Description
Controller Code A4 Enter the security controller code, as created in {CACC-1} to be linked to the profile.  
Security Area N2 Enter the security area, as created in {CACC-4}, to be linked to this profile.
