Change User Cards {CACM-3}

This option allows the user to change the card number for a user. This will be the case where a user has lost a card, and a new card is allocated to that user.

When the change of the number is done through this option, the access control for this user will also be corrected. To ensure that the “old” number is not active on the GCS, and that the new number is created for access control purposes, the changing of the card number must not be done in {CACM-2}, but in this option.

Fields in the option:

Block 1: Card Number Update

Field	Type & Length	Description
User Number	N11	<Query> the user number of the relevant user
User Type	A1	<Query> the user type of the relevant user
End Date	DD-MON-YYYY	The end date / resignation date / cancellation of qualification date of the user will display in this field.
Updateable Card Number	N22	Field will display the current card number of the user. This number can now be changed by updating the sequence number of the card, etc.
Date Issued	DD-MON-YYYY	The date on which this card was issued, i.e. printed, will display in this field. This can provide an indication to the user of whether this card has been printed previously or not.
Card Number 2	N22	The existing card number will be stored in this field, for reference purposes.
Line 1/2/3	A60 x 3	These fields are populated with the user's data for checking purposes. Examples of the data populated.
