Maintain Default Path- and File Names {COOPST-7}

In this screen, the default path and file names for the ASCII quote and comma delimited files are maintained. These files are generated by the report programs {COOPSTR‑4} and {COOPSTR-5}. These reports print the default and student stream information. The two programs use this default path and file names to save the delimited files. Users can be given ftp privileges to these specified directories without compromising system security. The user can then transfer the files to the desktop and manipulate the data in a local application like Microsoft Excel using “Pivot Tables”.
