Maintain Budget Ranges {FCSM-7}


The option is used to define the account category ranges on which budget control must be performed for a specific budget code. Budget codes are defined in {FCSC-8} and linked to cost centre's on option {FCSO-1}. The budget code on a cost centre determines the budget rules to be applied on a cost centre.

Budget Code A1  Enter the Budget Code
Description A30 The description of the budget code.
Sequence No N10 A sequential number starting from 1 to distinguish  the account category ranges on the budget code. .
Account Cat Ranges Start N3 Enter Start Account Category.
Account Cat Ranges End N3 Enter Category Number
Budget Type Display Valid value are System Defined and User Defined. If the value displayed is System Defined the budget code and ranges were defined by Integrated Tertiary Software and is not updateable by the user. Any user defined budget code and ranges are updateable by the user.
