Maintain Royalty Codes {FSAC-5}

This option is used to maintain the Royalty Codes.

Royalties may be due to the institution where students from another tertiary institutions are enrolled and studying at the institution on behave of the other institution. The percentages of royalties are defined in the option "Maintain Royalty Levels" {FSAC-6} and used  to determine the royalties to be paid over to the  institution.

Royalty codes are linked to fee structure records (event 05 or 07) in {FSAM-29} "Maintain Navigable Fields for Fee" and  {FSAM-1} "Enter Financial Debit Values".    

In the option "Royalty/Institute per Qual/Subj"  {FSAM-27} a  batch update of  royalty codes on  the  fee structure  {FSAM-1} "Enter Financial Debit Values" can be done.

To calculate the royalties to be paid use {FSAO1-21} "Royalty Analysis/Qualification" and {FSAO1-22} "Royalty Analysis/Subject".
