Maintain Royalty Levels {FSAC-6}


Institutions may enter into agreements with other tertiary institutions whereby royalties are payable to these institutions in respect of students studying at the institution. This option is used to maintain the royalty ranges and percentages as per contract between the institutions. Royalties are based on the number of student enrollments and different royalty percentages may apply depending on the number of students enrolled for a subject or qualification.

Description
Royalty Code  A4  Enter a valid royalty code or select from list as defined in {FSAC-5}.  The name of the institution to whom the royalty must be paid to will display on enter.
Start Date  DD-MON-YYYY Enter the start date when the royalty contract commences with the institution to which royalties must be paid over.
End Date DD-MON-YYYY Enter the end date when the royalty contract expires with that institution.
Low Number N12 Enter the lowest number of students in the range, e.g. the range can be 1 to 3000.  There can be several ranges for one royalty institution, if different percentages is payable per range.
High Number N12 Enter the highest number of students in the range.
Percentage N6.2 Enter the royalty payable percentage for the above range of students.
The Royalty payable will be equal to the Qualification/Subject fees {FSAM-1} (fees linked to the royalty code and the student was raised ) time this percentage.
