Calculate Changes 3rd Party Payment Audit Records {FSATPP-8}

This program select and process 3rd Party Audit Trail records, update in option {FSATPP-9}, where the field New Record Type or Rollback is not null and field Recalculated Date is null.

In the case of

New Record Type not null:

A new 3rd Party Audit Trail record will be processed with the New Record Type as the Record Type of the new record.

If the field Version value is A or B:

Generate a 3rd Party Payment General Ledger Journals depending on the 3rd Party Report Code definition, if required.  The payment will be financed from the loss GLA.

Update field Recalculated Date

Rollback is not null:

If the field Version value is A:

Revers the original 3rd Party Payment/Commission/Loss General Ledger Journals depending on the 3rd Party Report Code definition, if exist.

If the field Version value is B:

The program does not revers the original 3rd Party Payment/Commission/Loss General Ledger Journals depending on the 3rd Party Report Code definition.

The user must do the reversal of the original 3rd Party Payment/Commission/Loss General Ledger Journals using options {FGLO-1} or {FGLO-2}

The record will not be be exclude in future runs of option {FSATPP-5}, the result is that this record's student, subject/qualification/service request will be reselected by a future runs of the option.
