3rd Party Payment Calculation Report {FSATPP-5}

This report calculating 3rd party payments, write-off and audit report records. Apart from its own user selection criteria, it also use the 3rd party report definition {FSATPP-3} and applying the the processing rules as describe in option {FSATPP-2}.

The output of this report is only a summary of the processed information, detail information of the result of this function is available in the following options:

3rd Party Audit Trail Report {FSATPR1-6}
3rd Party Audit Payment Trail {FSATPP-4}

And the general ledger journals created:

Transactions per Type {FGLOR1-21} Tip: the journal reference is "3rd P R " plus the 3rd part report code.
Query Transactions/Update Secondary Note {FGLO-22}

This options does not:

Do the payments to the 3rd party. Use the summary report information and generate a cheque/payment from {FCTO-6}.
Does not report data to the 3rd party. Use option {FSATPR1-1, 2, 3, 4 or 5} or develop a 3rd party specific data reporting option.

On selection of the option, the system will prompt the user with a print menu and thereafter the following:
