This option is a general mechanism
whereby certain functions may print to certain printers on a per user
basis. ITS will populate this table for those programs that use the option.
Institutions may update, user and printer codes, and may add more
records for local software purposes.

| System Code | A5 | The system for which this function is used, as defined in {USERS-1b5}. The <LIST> function will display all valid codes. |
| Active | A1 | Enter Y/N to indicate whether this function should be active or not. |
| Function Code | A6 | A unique printer function code, which is used by
various programs in the standard ITS system. These codes will be
maintained by ITS and may not be altered by the user. The
<LIST> function will display all valid codes available
for the chosen system. |
| User Code | A8 | The Oracle user code, which will make use of these
printer functions. The <LIST> function will display all
available valid codes. |
| Optional Parameter | A6 | This may be: BULK (printing will be done on a regular basis with all outstanding printouts for this function and user being done). ONLINE (a printout will commence upon <COMMIT> of a function): or NONE. However, if 'PMA%' is specified for Procurement Management, each program option is hard coded with a specific 'PMA' parameter. The <LIST> function will display all valid codes available. |
| Printer Code | A10 | The printer code to be used for this function, for this user, as defined in {GPRT-1b1}. The <LIST> function will display all valid codes available. |
