This option will allow a user to enter the third party Service Provider Account Information. The ITS system will then send information via the service provider to the various entities. This manual will describe the services of Foneworx.
The following needs to be in

order for this application process to work.

Enter your third party service provider account detail, the user must obtain his information from the third parties.

| Password | A10 | The password of the above account name. NB: The Password at the Service Provider must not exceed 10 charachters. |
| Active | A1 | Indicator to check wether the account is Active or Not. |

The user will now connect or link the account information from block 1, to a system and a process code.

| System | A1 | Provide a system code for the process, (i) for Student systems and (p) for personnel. |
| Process Code | A10 | Provide the process code that will utilize this application, for instance if you are going to use iComms then provide a code of "ICOM" or "APPL" for bulk applications. |
| Sequence | N4 | If a process carries more than one entry, the sequence number will determine the priority. |
| Type | A1 | Specify the type of Entity for instance: (F)aculty, (D)epartment, (Q)ualification, (S)ubject or (U)ser |
| Value | A8 | This value is associated with the Type, for instance if the "Type" is (F) for Faculty then this value would be a Faculty Code, If the "Type" is (U)ser then the Value will be User name. |
