Maintain User Restrictions {HCS-24}

This option allows restrictions to be placed on user access to Clinics and Confidential Patient Information.

This would, for instance, allow a person linked to a clinic to view and update only data for the clinic.
This facility, combined with the normal access control with updating and “read only” privileges {USERS-2}, provides for powerful and flexible access and update controls.
This option should be under the control of one or two senior users.

The following types are currently available at this option:

Type	Description	Restriction/Access
CLNC	ACCESS ALLOWED TO CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION. A user linked to this code will have access to fields, that carry confidential patient information in the clinic to which s/he is linked.	Access
CLNL	ACCESS LIMITED TO THEIR CLINICS ONLY. A user linked to this code will have access to the information of clinics to which s/he is linked in block 2 only. Note: a user who is not linked to this code will have access to the information of all clinics.	Restriction
ENTC	RESTRICT USER TO SPECIFIED NOTE CATEGORY OR GROUPS TO ENTER AND VIEW NOTES. Note Category Restriction.	Restriction
ENTE	EXCLUSIVE USE TO SPECIFIED NOTE CATEGORY FOR ENTERING AND VIEWING NOTES. Eclusive Note Category Usage.	Exclusive
ENTS	RESTRICT USER FROM USING NOTES. A user linked to this code will have access to NOTE RESTRICTION.	Restriction
