Approval of Leave {P00004-3}

This page will display a list of leave applications awaiting approval by the person.

• Upon selection of the Request Number, the user may enter an outcome (E.g. Approve or Reject) or Upload or View supporting documentation.
• The leave approval is processed by the Routing System {GMAIN-4} and may be done on multiple levels,  or on a single level.  Rounting Entry Type “WEBL” is used. Each approval action that is executed will be written to the routing tables, which will serve as log files. 
• Note that only the following two outcomes will finally approve or reject a leave application, if the standard package person.wl01pkg.approve_reject_leave is used (in the next routing sequence).
• REJ - Web Leave Rejected
• APPR - Web Leave Approved
• Refer to the Leave Application {P00004-1} for the set-up required to upload supporting documentation.
     
• Note that Leave Types where the field "iEnabler Characteristics" in the Leave Package Structure {PLCS-3} is set to the following will be will be excluded from this screen
  
• "N" - Cannot Apply via Web, but Display Detail on Web
• "D" - Cannot Apply via Web, and do not Display Detail on Web

• Sick Leave applications may require a Medical Certificate, as set out in {PLCS-2}.
