This option allows the user to view and maintain responses to Performance Evaluation Questionnaire Sets
Upon entry into this option, a list of evaluation sets as set-up in Appraisal Parameter Sets {PEOP-1} per personnel member, for which the user is indicated as evaluator in Maintain Appraisal Evaluators {PEOP-3} will be presented.
The list will display the
Evaluation Set Code and Name
Evaluation Due Date
Name and personnel number of the person evaluated
An indication whether the evaluation was marked as completed
The list will be limited as follows:
If the user accessed the list from the Performance Evaluation option in the Personal Maintenance
Only evaluation sets where the end user is the person evaluated will be presented
If the user accessed the list from the "My Employees"-page in the Supervisor's area
Only evaluation sets for the personnel member selected will be presented
Upon selection of a evaluation set / person combination, the evaluation question set as maintained in Appraisal Parameter Sets {PEOP-1},
with fields for data entry will be presented. Upon saving the response,
scores will also be calculated based on the set-up in Appraisal
Parameter Sets {PEOP-1}
Note
Prompts relating to the Key Performance Areas, Tasks and
Skills/Competencies for the post of the personnel member evaluated,
that were added to the evaluation form of the personnel member through
the functionality on the Key Performance Areas for the Post of the
personnel member will also be included, although they are not
accessible through Appraisal Parameter Sets {PEOP-1}.
If the end user is indicated as the Final Appraisal Evaluator {PEOP-3} for the person
being evaluated (employee) and the evaluation set has been
marked as completed by the employee, the responses of the employee
will be displayed on the screen.
Evaluation data may be saved and re-visited at a later stage,
provided that the "Complete Evaluation"-field is left blank. Once the
"Complete Evaluation" - field is selected and the evaluation is saved,
the system will treat the evaluation as completed and will not allow
any more changes.
No changes to evaluation data will be permitted after the Evaluation Due Date.
After completion of the Evaluation Cycle, the response entered by the Final Appraisal Evaluator {PEOP-3} will be displayed.
The “Save Evaluation” button will save the evaluation data.and exit the evaluation screen
The “Clear Form” button will clear all the fields and
should be used if an invalid value was entered on a new record.
