Personnel Appraisal Evaluators {PEOP-3}


This program is used to link the personnel members, who are to be appraised, with the relevant parameter sets and appraisers.

Note that the system allows for multiple appraisers per personnel member / parameter set, with the relevant weighting for each appraiser.

An option to perform a Bulk link of Seniors as Evaluators {PEOPR1-9} is also available.


Fields in the option:

Block 1:  Appraisee. In this block, the personnel number of the person to be appraised is entered: the appraiser is indicated in the next block.

Parameter Set A4 The parameter set as defined in Appraisal Parameter Sets {PEOP-1}
Personnel Number N9 Only personnel numbers with an active Service Record {PBOP-2}, where the post is linked to the parameter set in Parameter Set/Post Linkages {PEOP-2} may be used.

Persons of type (O)ther may be defined in Maintain Other Users {GOPS-3}.
Number N9 The relevant student number, personnel number or other number.
Weight for Appraisals N3.2 The weighting to be applied to responses from this person for appraisals entered through Appraisal Evaluation {PEOP-4}
Weight for Skills N3.2 The weighting to be applied to responses from this person for skills entered through Skills Evaluation {PEOP-6}
Final A1 (Y)es or (N)o

If set to (Y)es
  • The Performance Evaluation {P00005-20} in the iEnabler will allow the Evaluator to see responses entered by the Personnel Member for whom the Evaluation is being entered, provided that 
    • The Personnel Member is also an Evaluator for him-/herself
    • The Personnel Member completed the evaluation for him-/herself
  • The response of the Evaluator will be flagged as the Final Official Evaluation Score for the Personnel Member
