Bulk link of Seniors as Evaluators {PEOPR1-9}

This option may be used to create personnel members and their seniors as Personnel Appraisal Evaluators {PEOP-3} in bulk.

Prerequisites to use this option :

The Parameter Set to be used should have been linked to the Posts of the personnel members to be evaluated. Refer to Parameter Set/Post Linkages {PEOP-2}.
For each personnel member to be included, the Senior's Number in the Personnel Biographical {PBOP-1} should reflect the person to perform the evaluation of the personnel member.

Processing Rules
1	For each Post {PACS-4} linked to an Evaluation Parameter Set {PEOP-1} in Parameter Set/Post Linkages {PEOP-2} personnel members with active service records {PBOP-2} for the post on the system date will be linked to perform their own evaluation and the senior of each personnel member (as indicated in the Personnel Biographical {PBOP-1}) with an active service record for the post on the system date will be linked to perform the final evaluation of the personnel member.
2	Existing links of Personnel Appraisal Evaluators {PEOP-3} for personnel members with active service records on the system date, where the post is linked to an evaluation parameter set in Parameter Set/Post Linkages { PEOP-2}, will be removed
