Appraisal Parameter Sets {PEOP-1}


In this screen, appraisal parameter sets (appraisal questionnaires ) may be maintained.


Fields in the option:

Block 1:  Maintain Parameter Sets:  Parameter Set Definition.

Length		 Description
Parameter Set Code A4 A unique code to identify the parameter set.
Description A30 Supply a suitable name to describe the parameter set.
Users must <Save> the above before proceeding to block 2. Furthermore, records must first be queried here before attempting to add questions in block 2.

Length		 Description
Parameter Set Code A4 The code queried on block 1 will default here.
Bonus Points N3 In calculating the total possible score for the Parameter Set, this Question will add the difference between the Maximum Points and the Bonus Points, meaning that the extra points scored in this question will be regarded as bonus points.
Fixed A1 (Y)es or (N)o
If set to (Y)es, the Question will be ignored from the totals if a response was not entered.
Question Number  N3 Supply the applicable question number.
Maximum Points N3 Supply the maximum number of points that may be scored for this question.
Weight N3.2 Supply the appropriate performance weight associated with the score supplied above.
Question 5 x A60 Supply the question text.
