Letters {P00005-27}
The option is available under the Personal Confidential Detail option.
This option allows personnel to generate letters that have been designed and created by HR and/ or Payroll Departments {PLETO-1 Personnel & Payroll Letter Design} and have been opened to applicable staff within time frames defined {PLETC-2 Personnel & Payroll Letter Code Structure} to generate,view, save and print.
This may include any general letter type such as a letter to confirm employment or a Salary increase letter.
The
user will log onto the Personnel iEnabler, then log onto the
Confidential information option and supply the 2nd pin to open the
letters functionality and select the specific letter to be generated
from the List of
Values.
Once the letter is selected the system will generate the letter
hereafter the personnel member may download and save the letter from
where it can be printed or emailed.
