iEnabler HR Appointment Approvals {p00008-10}

This menu option provides functionality for HR to action / make a recommendation of a Fixed Term Appointment processed through iEnabler Appointments {P00008-0}, prior to the Routing Request (Routing Type ‘PWAP’) of the appointment, routing to the other approvers.

The Fixed Term Appointments required to be actioned by HR are determined by Appointment Types {PACS-1}.  The HR Business Partners responsible to action, are defined per Department.  

The following setup is required:

1. Appointment Types {PACS-1} requiring HR to action must have ‘Include HR for Fixed Term Approvals’ Indicator set to Yes
2.  The HR Business Partner responsible for actioning the Web Fixed Term Appointment, must be defined for each Department, using Communication Level Type ‘HRAP’ and Level Code ‘D’ {GCS-10}
