Key Performance Areas for Post {P00009-1p2}
This screen will display a list of Key Performance Areas for a Post {PSDOP-17}
For each Key Performance Area, the following links exist
- View Tasks
- Upon selection, the Tasks screen (A facility to maintain the Tasks relating to the selected Key Performance Area {PSDCS-5} for the selected post {PSDOP-17}) will be opened
- View Change
- Upon selection, a screen to view or change the details of the Key Performance Areas for the Post {PSDOP-17} will be opened
- Remove
- Upon selection, Key Performance Area will be removed from the Post
The following links are also available below the list of Key Performance Areas
- Add a Key Performance Area
- This will open a screen whereby a Key Performance Area as defined in {PSDCS-5} may be linked to the Post. When saved, the record may also be queried in Key Performance Areas for the Post {PSDOP-17}
- Copy Key Performance Areas, Tasks and Skills/Competencies from a Job Type into this Post
- This will open all list of Job Types. To use "Job Types", the set-up is as follows
- For each Job Type, a Post {PACS-4} should exist. The recommendation is to use or create inactive posts for the purpose.
- Enter the Key Performance Areas {PSDOP-17}, Tasks {PSDOP-17} and Skills/Competencies {PSDOP-18} for each Job Type (Post).
- Create a record in External Conversion Codes {GOPS-21}
for each Job Type where the External Body is "P00" (Default HR System
Information), the External Code Type is "P00" (Posts with
KPA/Task/Skill Info), the External Code is the Post Code as in Posts {PACS-4} and the External Code Type is the description of the Job Type.
- For each Job Type, there are two links
- A link to view the details for the Job Type, selecting this
link will display the Key Performance Areas, Tasks and
Skills/Competencies for the Job Type
- A link to copy the Key Performance Areas, Tasks and Skills/Competencies for the Job Type to the Post
- Add KPAs, Tasks and Skills of the Post to Evaluation Form of
the person. (This link is only available if the Key Performance Areas
screen is accessed from the "My Employees" screen)
- This link will add the Key Performance Areas, Tasks and
Skills/Competencies linked to the post to the evaluation form of the
personnel member indicated
