My Post Establishment {P00009-2}

This option will display a list of all Posts {PACS-4} linked to the Senior Post as indicated in the column heading of the left column.

Upon first entry to the screen, the Senior Post is the Post of the user on the System Date as indicated in the Service Records {PBOP-2}.

System Select
1	Post Codes: Where the Post of the end user logged in is indicated to be the Senior Post, or where an authorised person has been given access per department by linking them to Access Type 'PPPJ' on {PAMT-1}.
2	The sort order is Primary Department of the Post. Post Code.

The following links exist on the screen

Upon selection, the Key Performance Areas screen (A facility to maintain the Key Performance Areas) for the selected post will be opened.

Upon selection, the same screen will be opened, but the list will contain Posts where the selected post is the Senior Post.

Upon selection, the same screen will be opened, but the list will revert back to Posts where the Senior Post of the User is the Senior Post.
