Contract Claims Approval Progress {P00011-3}

This option may be used by Personnel Members to track the Approval process of Salary Claims submitted through Appointment Contract Claims {P00011-1}

System Select

All Routing Requests for Claims that have not yet been copied to Payroll for payment will be displayed:

For each Routing Request, the following information is displayed:

•    Routing Request Number
•    Secondary Appointment Contract Post description
•    Cycle of the claim submitted
•    Remuneration Unit Description
•    Quantity or Amount as applicable to the Contract
•    Routing Step Sequence Number
•    Responsible Person
•    Status
