Submit Overtime Salary Claim {P00012-3}

This program may be used to submit Salary Claims against Overtime Work Agreements

Claims may be submitted for either the personnel member logged in or any subordinate.

The claim will be for the personnel member indicated in the Overtime Work Agreement.

Subordinates are Personnel Members where the Personnel Member logged in is the Direct Senior - refer to Personnel Biographical {PBOP-1}

In case the user is interrupted while entering a claim, the program allows the user to save without submitting for approval so that the claim can be recalled and completed at a later stage.
Multiple claims may be submitted against a single Overtime Work Agreement, provided that the Dates/Times do not overlap.
The program will

Validate that the Date, Time and Work Type of the claim is within the limits of the Overtime Work Agreement.
The user will be able to log start and end times in 15-minute intervals.
a message will display that all amounts calculated excludes any tax deducted and may vary from the actual amount displaying on application to the amount approved depending on salary notch changes, changes to allowance values etc on the day that the claim is approved.
The following totals are now calculated and displayed:

The sod 'OD' in {GCS2-11} will determine whether supporting documentation must be uploaded with the application.
The sod 'OO' in {GCS2-11} will determine for how many months in the past may claims be submitted. The sod refers to the # of months prior to the system date that a claim for a specific claim date in the past will be allowed via the iEnabler, where claim dates are now older that the # of months defined in this SOD, overtime claims should be submitted via the back office.

Create a routing Request {GROU-2} of the routing request type as indicated in System Operational Definition {FPRM-9} "OQ - Overtime Claim Routing Type " for Sub system "PR".

The data below will be written to the Routing Email Instruction lines in Seqence 0 of the Routing Request.
