To view existing records there is a search functionality whereby the user may search by Personnel Number.

List Disabilities

Field	Type & Length	Description
Personnel Number	N9	Unique personnel number.
Disability Number	A10	A reference number may be entered here.
Disability code	LOV	Select a disability code from the list provided {GCS2-1}
Note	A250	Available for confidential information.
Documents and Notes		Documentation may be uploaded, viewed or deleted from this menu option. Supporting documentation uploaded through the Personnel iEnabler {p00005-30} may be viewed or deleted from this menu option.
Export to Excel		This menu option has the functionality to export the data listed to Excel
