Email Unsuccessful Applicants, not Shortlisted {PERSR-2}

This menu option is used to send an automated email notification to applicants who applied for a position but their application was unsuccessful. Applicants whose Application Status is set to ‘R’ Application Received or ‘E’ Shortlisting in progress or ‘G’ Not Shortlisted, Interviews in Progress or ‘N’ Application not Successful {PERS-1} may be included, as determined by the Batch Prompts entered below. When run in Update Mode, their Application Status will be updated to ‘D’ Unsuccessful, not Shortlisted, Email Sent.

Routing Type 'PER5' (Email Unsuccessful Applicants, not shortlisted) {GROU-1} is used for the email notification, the email address for each applicable applicant who meets the criteria above, is selected from the applicants details {PERA-1}. The following details are written to Seq0 of the email notification. These details may be used when defining the email contents.
