All Applicants for the Advert Code / Start Date whose Application Status {PERO-1} is set to the Application Status selected below, will be updated to the new Application Status Code, selected in the next Batch Prompt.

Only the following Application Statuses may be updated using this process and are included in the List of Values:

A – Appointment Offer Accepted
C – Shortlisted, Interview email sent
D – Unsuccessful, not shortlisted, email sent
E – Shortlisting in Progress
F – Shortlisted, Interview in Progress
G – Not Shortlisted, Interviews in Progress
H – Appointment Offer Declined
J – Unsuccessful, shortlisted, email sent
M – Appointment Offered
N – Application Not Successful
R – Application Received
W – Withdrawn
Z – Never Appoint this Person

Update Application Status to
