Incident Categories and Actions {PIMCS-1}

This option allows the setup of Incident Categories, Actions and/or Progress Steps for each Incident Type. 

It is also used to define Dispute Codes used in the "Disputes"-tab of "Maintain Disciplinay Actions" {PDOP-1}

Incident Categories may be used to break down each Indicent Type into different categories for the type and is entered in the "Incidents"-tab of the relevant incident maintenance screen. (e.g. Maintain Injuries on Duty {PIMOPS-1})

Action Codes are used to set up a fixed structure of actions flowing from an incident (or steps taken as a result of the incident) and are used in the "Progress/Actions"-tab of the relevant incident maintenance screen. (e.g. Maintain Injuries on Duty {PIMOPS-1})
