Upload Bulk Import File {POFO-5}

This menu option gives the user the functionality to upload .csv files used for bulk importing of OFO Codes as detailed below:

Bulk Import Link OFO code to Post {POFO-6}, and
Bulk Import Link OFO code to Post {POFO-7}

Users are expected to define the 'Directory' to which the file will be uploaded in {BATCH-7}, System 'FILED' Function 'BOFO' to Post/Person File Upload/Download to Server. The Directory linked will be defaulted into the Batch Prompts below.

File Upload to Server

Only the Browse and Save File(s) buttons are able to be selected by the user.

Fields

Field	Type & Length	Description
File(s)	DISPLAY	This field will display the description of the file to be uploaded, but only after the 'Browse button has been used and the import file selected.
Browse	BUTTON	By selecting this button the user is able to retrieve the file from a directory on their PC.
File Extension	DISPLAY	Default format of the file to be uploaded. (Mandatory). In this instance the file must be csv.
Directory on Server	DISPLAY	The directory on the server where the file is placed as setup in Directories for FTP Transfers {BATCH-7}, Function 'BOFO'.
Save File(s)	DISPLAY	When Save File(s) has been selected the file will be saved to the in the directory as setup in Directories for FTP Transfers {BATCH-7}, Function 'BOFO'.

Example:

Processing Rules
1	User creates file for upload and saves completed file on local pc as a csv.
2	In form select file using Browse from local pc. , which will display in 'File(s)' area. A maximum of four files may be uploaded similtaenously.
3	User should confirm the File Extension display correct format, i.e. csv., and Directory on Server path is correct.
4	User selects Save File(s) to place the files on the server.
