Ideal Percentage | N2.2 | The ideal percentage for the Task/Skill to be scored by incumbents of the post. |
Equating Skill Code | A4 | The code of an equivalent skill that could replace this skill if a person fails the requirements for this skill. |
Ideal Mark | N3.2 | The ideal mark for the Task/Skill to be scored by incumbents of the post. |
Training Percentage | N3.2 | If the percentage scored by an incumbent is lower than the percentage entered here, intervention is required. |
