Post Task/Skill Combinations {PPEO-8}

This screen is used to maintain information on the Task and applicable Skill combinations related to each Post {PPEO-1}

The information entered through this screen is used by the following programs:

The Personnel Skills Evaluation {PEOP-6} where a personnel member can be rated against the Skill.
The Evaluation on Skills per Post Report {PEOPR1-4}.
A List Of Competencies / Skills Per Post {PACSR2-18} may also be produced.

Field	Type & Length	Description
Post Code	A4	The Post Description will display
Task Code	A4	As defined in Task {PPECS-11}. Also refer to Post Tasks {PPEO-7}
Skill Code	A4	As defined in Skill Codes {PPECS-9}.
Compulsory	A1	(Y)es or (N)o Is this task/skill compulsory for the Post ?
Eliminate	A1	(Y)es or (N)o Should an applicant for the Post be eliminated if he/she has not mastered the skill ?
Ideal Percentage	N2.2	The ideal percentage for the Task/Skill to be scored by incumbents of the post.
Equating Skill Code	A4	The code of an equivalent skill that could replace this skill if a person fails the requirements for this skill.
Ideal Mark	N3.2	The ideal mark for the Task/Skill to be scored by incumbents of the post.
Training Percentage	N3.2	If the percentage scored by an incumbent is lower than the percentage entered here, intervention is required.
