Manager KPA Listing {PPMO-3}
This menu is used by Managers to View and Action a Performance Agreement sent by an Employee.
When the Manager logs onto the iEnabler, he/she will view the below:
The manager is able to Approve or Reject the Performance Agreement that was sent by the Employee:
Any action chosen by the Manager, an email notification is sent to the
Employee informing them of the outcome of the Performance Plan
Submission. This email notification makes use of route PMS on {GROU-1}.
Mock, Interim and Final assessments are available for HR managers to action as defined below.
Mock Assessments
Mock Assessments are used to simulate the real assessments, they are used to prepare one for the Final Assessment.

Interim Assessments
Interim Assessments is a form of assessment that is used to evaluate
where employees are in their learning progress and is used to determine
whether they are on track to performing well in their future
assessments.
Managers are able to Approve/View/Reject Interim assessments submitted by the
employee which will not be allowed to be updated once approved. In order for an Interim Assessment to be submitted, an update of
the indicator for the PMS System Active Indicator, PMS Allow weighting on
Activities and PMS Allow weighting on KPI will need to be set to Yes on {PPMC-1}
Performance Management Configuration.

Final Assessments
A final Assessment is the last assessment that will take place assessing an employees knowledge.
Managers are able to Approve/View/Reject Final assessments submitted by the
employee. In order for a Final Assessment to be submitted, PMIA {PPMC-1} dates to be in the past and the assessment dates for PMFA {PPMC-1} needs to be
in the future.
